I like go there have chicken mole lunch beans and rice corn tortillas with lemon water, some waitress are nice other not and go when I have my spouse he has chicken enchiladas with rice and beans with lemon water

We've been coming here for years. It's well worth the drive. Last night's birthday dinner did not disappoint. If you like a flour tortilla taco, order your it on a grilled flour tortilla.

Really, really good food and the service is great. ALL employees great you in a friendly manner when they make eye contact. Now THAT'S old school customer service.

customer service was awesome. See the right away was waited on right away didn't know what I wanted so told my waitress just to get me anyting and what she brought me was the bomb clean restrooms clean floors beautiful smiles highly recommended for a nice night out

Aside from not having Queso 😉 the service and food was fantastic. I can't wait to visit them again. Portions are very large so you can order one thing and share with 2 people.

They deserve a lot more credit thenot they give they have some of the best service I've ever had anywhere and quick to give you your drinks, refills, chips, & salsa. The food is so amazing filling and full of flavor. My family and I love it here we will always come back.

The food is great but I checked to see when they close on Google and it said that they were open until 9pm, we got there to have dinner and I was met at the front door. The person said we closed, we close at 8pm Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday. I suggested to them that they update their online hours so someone doesn't drive 20 mins to dine with them. Time is valuable, so it's disappointing to waste my time.

What can you say about a restaurant that has been in business for what 50+ years...help me out Ron Carlos...lol But seriously it's about consistency! Great great food and recipes have stayed the same...everything I eat is simply delicious! I only wish you delivered!😋

Best damn Margaritas ever?! Of course!!! I had a bean burrito with Colorado which had mole sauce in it it was excellent! And beans and rice and of course salsa and chips.

Casa Carlos is one of our most favorite places to eat! The chili releno dinner is absolutely the best! The service is friendly, courteous and food is always hot and served in a timely manner.

Excellent service, the entree' was well prepared and flavorful. The rice and beans were done well, HOWEVER... I was served chips and salsa as soon as I sat. The salsa had NO TASTE! It needed more cilantro and onion, maybe a little diced jalapeno and DEFINITELY salt. Terribly bland, the only misstep in an orherwise positive experience. Their well drinks are a little light too...

Ugh. The margarita was good, and cheap. I heard someone say they loved the mole here but didn’t usually like mole so I ordered it with high expectations. My chicken mole was god awful. It was NOT mole on any planet, or in any region of Mexico. It was corn starch based sauce VERY reminiscent of what might cover an enchilada in a frozen dinner. It was so BLAND. There was no flavor. No chiles, no sweetness, no salt, nothing. The rice was an off white, had a toasty flavor, no notes of tomato or onion or anything else. The chips were stale. The beans were good. The worst part is my chicken ‘mole’ plate was $15. Nothing warranted that price. This place is a joke and seems to cater to clueless people who don’t know what Mexican food should taste like, or who don’t use spices at home or think ‘ketchup is spicy’ lol Disgusting. Go to Mama Chiquita, or Taqueria Cinco de Mayo if you want real, quality, and much cheaper Mexican food.

Entrees could be seasoned more. Don't get me wrong, the food here is very good; just a tad bland. Margarita's are made excellent!

Had lunch there Monday and it was so good I had my husband grab me a to-go order of their broken tortilla salad. Delish!

Food was great but what is even better is how amazing the staff is. I never write reviews but this place really deserves one. I came with my two kids and grandmother. They were very understanding of my grandmother's limited mobility and helped me with getting her seated and moved a table literally when she had trouble getting out of her chair. They moved chairs and helped get her walker comfortably through the restaurant which was a huge help because with two kids it's hard to help her and keep an eye on them sometimes. Really made her feel welcome and it's a restaurant she enjoys a lot now which is great because in her condition there aren't many places she wants to go to get out of the house but she'll go there.

We love Casa Carlos, ecspecially the sauce they use for enchiladas is Soo good.

I was not impressed with the decor of the place or the food. The outside of the building and inside of the restaurant looked like an old 70s style office space with a small bank vault in one of the dining areas. The food looked Mexican but lacked flavor and texture of real authentic Mexican cuisine. This was like the Taco Bell of Mexican restaurant. Disappointed.

The service is above average. Very pleasant and accommodating. The drinks are inexpensive. The food unfortunately is not authentic Mexican cuisine. Very bland or misplaced flavors.

The staff was great! The food was not good to me at all. I only could taste dirty grease on my taco shell. The steak was tasteless. The salsa was tomato's n green onion. A very clean restaurant! Super nice people!

Very unprofessional when I called in my order kept muting me and giggling and asking me to repeat myself. The whole reason I called it in is because I was in a hurry. They don't have real salsa just pico de gallo that doesn't taste authentic. Over priced, food is bland. I ordered a carne asada taco I didn't expect it crunchy and the chunks of meat were big and hard to chew. The flavor of everything was bland. I asked for like and didn't get any, not sure if they even offer it and they don't have horchata. Not somewhere I would ever go again. You could get a better taco at taco Bell and just as authentic. It was nice that they gave me tortilla chips except that they were stale

The food will have fat. Had the lunch portion of chill Colorado so delic, so much food. I ate around 3 pm and still full at 9pm.

Ok, so first the service. Nikki was awsome. She was sweet and friendly, very attentive, and just all around nice person. The restaurant wasn't dead, but not packed either. Steady flow of people. I have had this place recommended to me by family and friends, but just now have had the opportunity to go. I was not disappointed by any means, I now have a new date night place for the wife and I. This isn't a fancy place, but clean and comfortable. We are way more into comfortable than fancy. The portions are good. I was not able to finish my meal (barely) and I was not hungry for the rest of the night. This is even after skipping lunch. The rice and beans, oh man delicious. I look forward to trying more on the menu. Yes it's a little more expensive than fast Mexican food, but it's real food, hello. They're adult prices for real food, and worth it in my opinion.

I met with a colleague on a Saturday afternoon for lunch. This is most definitely a hidden gem in the area. The mango margarita was amazing. The strawberry I could not finish it was way too sweet.The service was good typical of what you expect from a small mom-and-pop. I would not call them and you truly authentic Mexican cuisine however it's better than how many places I've been.I ordered fajitas, was definitely unhappy when they came out on a plate sharing the rice and beans instead of a sizzling skillet as one would be accustomed to. The skillet allows the onions and bell peppers to cook just right and a little char on one side of the meat. The rice was good, the meat was bland. Again it was an reasonable price point with good service. I would go back.

Love their food. Everything I have had off the menu is delicious. The prices are pretty high even with their lunch specials. But, it's a nice treat when I'm able to get there.
